A native of San Francisco, Helen received her Psychology degree and teaching credentials from San Francisco State University. Her 20 years of teaching experience include operating a private elementary school for 10 years.  Additional training in business led Helen to work as a financial planner, providing her experience and insight in working with all types of people.  Her results oriented approach contributes to her ability to negotiate effectively for her clients.

Ki received his BA in Business from Northwestern University and his MBA from Pepperdine University.  He served as a corporate planner, a president of a credit union and as the broker/owner of Community Realty.  He has worked as a licensed Realtor in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1986. These qualifications have provided him with broad experience and in-depth ability to manage the complexities of today's Real Estate transactions.

Their son, Scott Rutley is their Lake Tahoe Real Estate Connection.  After serving with Helen and Ki's team for 10 years, Scott relocated to Lake Tahoe where he has expanded his Real Estate business.  Scott continues his service to his clients on the S.F. Peninsula, dividing his time between both areas.

Helen and Ki own a home in Lake Tahoe where they love to vacation and relax and visit with 4 of their children and 3 grandchildren who are permanent residents of the area.  The team of Helen, Ki and Scott's unique style includes a program which provides a variety of services that continue long after sales transactions have concluded, resulting in long-lasting clients.
