This team has been serving the San Francisco Peninsula since 1986. Their backgrounds and education have prepared them to manage the complexities of today's Real Estate transactions.

A native of San Francisco, Helen received her Psychology degree and teaching credentials from San Francisco State University. Her 20 years of teaching experience include operating a private elementary school for 10 years.  Additional training in business led Helen to work as a financial planner, providing her experience and insight in working with all types of people.  Her results oriented approach contributes to her ability to negotiate effectively for her clients.

Ki received his BA in Business from Northwestern University and his MBA from Pepperdine University.  He served as a corporate planner, a president of a credit union and as the broker/owner of Community Realty.  He has worked as a licensed Realtor in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1986. These qualifications have provided him with broad experience and in-depth ability to manage the complexities of today's Real Estate transactions.

Helen and Ki own a home in Lake Tahoe where they love to vacation and relax and visit with 4 of their children and 3 grandchildren who are permanent residents of the area.  Their son Scott Rutley, is their Lake Tahoe Real Estate Connection. Scott joined Helen and Ki's team in 1996. After working together for 10 years, Scott Rutley relocated to Lake Tahoe where he continues his service as a Realtor. Scott has recently rejoined the team, dividing his time between the Lake Tahoe/Truckee areas and Silicon Valley.  Scott grew up on the San Francisco Peninsula and after graduating  from Palo Alto High, lived in North Lake Tahoe, operating ski lifts in winter and doing construction work on luxury homes in the summer months.  He has traveled extensively, living in Sweden for several years before returning to the U.S. and obtaining his Real Estate License.
