A native of San Francisco, Helen graduated from San Francisco State University with a BA in Psychology and received her teaching credentials for Kindergarten through 9th grade, as well as Special Education. She taught in local Bay Area schools for twenty years.

Helen's teaching experience and business background in operating a private elementary school for 10 years, plus her experience as a financial planner have provided her with insight and savvy in working with all types of people. A results oriented approach contributes to her ability to negotiate effectively for her clients.

Ki received his BA in Business from Northwestern University and his MBA from Pepperdine University.  His business background includes serving as a corporate planner, as president of a credit union and as the broker/owner of Community Realty.  He has worked as a licensed Realtor in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1986.  These qualifications have provided him with broad experience and in-depth ability to manage the complexities of today's real estate transactions.

Scott Rutley is now our Lake Tahoe Real Estate Connection.  As a native of the San Francisco Bay Area, he has recently relocated to Lake Tahoe, where, prior to entering the real estate industry, he was a custom home builder. Scott combines his knowledge and understanding of the various communities throughout the Peninsula with his familiarity of Lake Tahoe. Scott's ability to represent and negotiate for his clients in an ever-changing Real Estate market led him to be a successful part of this established team for 10 years, and now serves in the Tahoe area.
